the more force - the more trouble, an ancient wise statement of lao tse, and a healthy way to live in the present moment,
i'm beginning to see how much the mind labels and seperates in everyday events, even in terms of a " spiritual " approach to life, this is worldly, this is spiritual, this is real, this is fake....
so it comes back to the same thing: a mental concept of good and bad and therefore not the truth, as it really is.....
in every day life i start appreciating more and more this so called " worldly " events as they are as spiritual as anything else, if you want to see the spiritual world as something compassionate and kind, just think about it:
all the services offered in society from food to hairdressing, from taxi drivers to real estate agents, they and therefore we, are all performing for the other one's needs, to a certain degree all this service is to our broad benefits, realising that and especially telling that to people is a way to tune in the presence and do positive deed without force....
i would consider myself as a rather adventurous person as my life was pretty radical instead of neatly and shy, but never addicted to anything, as a kid i experienced a lot the feeling of " loosing oneself " or " letting go of the ego " as i just didn't thought about me doing this and the consequences, as most kids do.
later on this quality remained, i quit jobs and shelters without having an alternative, of course i ended up homeless, of course i ended up unemployed, of course my family and friends called me insane....but i wasn't afraid....
just recently i heard an interesting talk from my teacher B.K. Frantzis that in taoist culture, the " forgetting or loosing the sense of self " was considered as normal, not something extraordinary to achieve by meditating or practising all kinds of things for decades in order to get a reward,
so from that point of a selfless point self, things are calming down and easing out.i knew what he was talking about, as my life was sort of based on that.
as i also suffered a lot from physical pain i started to realise how much softness and subtleness i needed to aliviate my own nervous irritation and it still astonishes me, how little movements and twistings can change and benefit one's condition. as all this movements of life, the spirals and steady flow of phenomenas are omnipresent in nature all the time, this is my most " unpersonal " advice: observe nature and absorb its presence, a reliable source without effort, just as your own breathing.
may you all be happy & healthy

I started learning as a slipped disc patient in Germany back in 1999.After 2 years of conventional treatment including fitness, massages and stimulation current i still suffered a big deal of pain.
Qi gong did alleviate lower back pain after 2 months of practice and finally cured all neurological irritation.
After 3 years of exercise my teacher Elisabeth Woersing & Ralph Heber ( www.taichi.de ) offered me an education as an instructor, including the conduction of classes and understanding of taoist philosophy and principles, predominantly deprived from B.K. Frantzis ( www.energyarts.com )
in 2001 i went to Asia the first time, visiting a shaolin monatery in Yunnan, China to study more about internal martial arts and meditation, in Burma i attended my first meditation 10 day retreat in a gowenka tradition, i met U shein sayagji, a healer and shaman and stayed with him several weeks, he kindly introduced me to his medicine Gold Ash Powder ( GAP ), the manufacturing processes and history of it. Since then i am gratefully offering this medicine to anyone worldwide with his permission.
in the last 8 years i was travelling back and forth between Asia and Europe, mostly staying in Asia, attending meditation retreats, staying in buddhist forest monastries to study Annapanasatti and Viphasanna Meditation, as well as Yoga and Tai Chi / Qi Gong.
In Germany i attended more workshops and education in Tuina ( taoist massage ) and conducted Tai Chi & Qi Gong lessons in Ulm / Neu-Ulm and nearby environment to improve my skills.
From November 2009 i will work as a Tai Chi Chuan / Qi Gong instructor in Thailand at Aiyapura spa Resort ( www.aiyapura.com ), at THE DEWA ( www.thedewa-kohchang.com ) & THE SPA Koh Chang ( thespakohchang.com ), also offering Taoist meditation and Tuina massage.
Everybody is welcome to join and practice....
My experience focuses on private lessons as well as on group classes up to 30 people, from the age of 15 up to 75, besides that, teaching patients in the rehabilitation clinic, Ulm, Germany, who had to recover from accidents or from attention disorder syndrome, as well as wheel chair patients with multiple sclerosis, paralysis and spasm.
This gave me a great chance to radiate the health benefits of Taoist Qigong, Tai Chi Chuan and Meditation and giving me a deeper insight, how these calm and slow movements let students and patients actively relax into their being and work efficiently with their disabilities.
All principles and methods can be integrated into daily life, which is an additional, extraordinary benefit !!!!
